Full Refund Eligibility

The 14-Day Window:

Guests are eligible for a 100% full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 full days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Time Zone Standard: Please note that all cancellation deadlines are calculated based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) / New York City time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team directly via text, phone, or email. Your refund will be processed immediately back to the original form of payment upon confirmation.
